What is the best way to remove waterproof mascara?

As somebody with sensitive eyes, I find that micellar water is one of the best options. Micelles are tiny clusters of oil that act almost like a magnet for dirt and makeup. The solution feels just like water, it’s not oily or greasy and it doesn’t contain alcohol, which can be drying. All you do is apply it to a cotton or reusable pad and wipe – there’s no need to rinse afterwards.
