Should Your Company Take a Stand?

Their research affirms my personal view. Companies and CEOs should speak out sparingly—but once they’ve done so, they should never cave, waffle, or do an about-face because their public stance upsets some group of people. If you’ve chosen to take a stand, then stand firm.
