Life across the West Bank has gotten much harder for its 3 million Palestinians since the Israel-Hamas war began three years ago in Gaza, the smaller of the two Palestinian Territories. The economy is tanking and insecurity spreading amid rising violence by extremist settlers and measures Israel says are meant to protect its citizens but which Palestinians say curb their movement.
