I have, at various stages in my life, been one of those people (the complainers, not the peeing in the garden types). As a young man I found nothing charming about a crying baby or a toddler wandering over to my table, interrupting the meal and forcing me to stop swearing. Then I became a parent. Once I was irritated by dogs in restaurants. Then I became a dog owner.
