They fell more sharply in the capital, with a 3.6 per cent decline, and particularly in inner London, which registered a 5.9 per cent drop. Flat prices in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea fell by 12.4 per cent, with Westminster, Camden and Hammersmith also registering double-digit declines.
