Last year’s included a €62.5mn purchase by music producer and Louis Vuitton creative director of menswear Pharrell Williams, and nearly €200mn spent on three homes by the billionaire Arnault family, including a €44mn triplex for Bernard, the family patriarch and chief executive of LVMH. The number of €5mn-plus Paris home sales in 2025 increased by 26 per cent on a year earlier, compared with an 11 per cent fall in London (for those over £5mn), and a rise of 5 per cent in Manhattan (for those over $5mn), according to Savills and Corcoran Market Research.
