British police on Thursday arrested Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew, on suspicion of “misconduct in public office.” The suggestion is that when he was a trade envoy for the government more than a decade ago, he might have improperly passed Epstein information. Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor hasn’t commented on the files at issue here.
