That’s the message of a new study by the National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP) that examines H-1B applications for high-skilled foreign workers. The study finds that more than 80% of new H-1B applications from Amazon, Meta, Google, Microsoft and Apple that were certified by the Labor Department during the first three quarters of last year were for occupations connected to AI.
